Navigating college and figuring out how to pay for it can feel overwhelming, especially when students and families aren’t sure where to begin, what resources are available or going through the process for the first time.  Our college planning and consulting services are designed to make these processes more approachable by connecting students with personalized guidance, meaningful resources, and strategies to help them move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Through our two signature services, we currently focus on college transition and navigation, as well as scholarship discovery and application support. Whether students are learning to navigate the college experience or searching for financial opportunities they may not know exist, our goal is to equip them with the knowledge and tools to take meaningful steps toward their goals.

SOAR:  College Funding & Opportunity Planning

Personalized support to help students discover relevant scholarship opportunities, organize their search and applications, and navigate the process of pursuing funding to make college more affordable.

SOAR Consultation

$125 | 60 minutes

Not sure where to start with scholarships? This personalized consultation helps students and families better understand available opportunities, identify search strategies, and determine practical next steps based on the student’s goals, interests, and eligibility.

During this intentional 60-minute session, we can explore scholarship search methods, discuss eligibility considerations, and develop an actionable plan for pursuing funding opportunities. Students and families leave with greater clarity and direction without an ongoing service commitment.

SOAR Scholarship Research & Application Support

$750 | Comprehensive Support Package

A structured service that combines personalized  scholarship research with five, 60 minute one-on-one support sessions. Students receive a personalized scholarship opportunity and planning report, guidance on prioritizing applications, application and essay feedback, and a plan for organizing and managing deadlines.

Designed for students who want individualized research and guided support throughout the scholarship process, this package helps students take ownership of their search, organize their efforts, and pursue opportunities with greater intention and confidence. Rather than navigating the process alone, students have a consistent support system to help them stay focused and move forward.

What’s Included in the Comprehensive Support Package:

• Personalized scholarship research: Identification of up to 10, relevant scholarship opportunities based on the student’s interests, background, goals, and eligibility.

• Scholarship opportunity and planning report: An organized report of identified opportunities, eligibility considerations, deadlines, application links, and recommended next steps.

• Six 60-minute support sessions: Individualized guidance to review opportunities, prioritize applications, discuss application progress, and plan next steps.

• Application and essay feedback: Feedback on scholarship application materials and essays during scheduled support sessions.

• Deadline and progress planning: Guidance to help students organize applications, track deadlines, and stay focused throughout the process.
